What fits in a one-week MVP?

One agreed user journey that really works, built end to end: frontend, backend, a database, standard login and deployment on Cloudflare, so first users can complete the core task. Not included: payments, multiple user roles, external integrations and hosting on your own servers; those need a custom proposal, which we discuss during the free intake. Lower priorities go on the backlog. Examples of a scope that fits: a training log where athletes record and review their sessions, a quote calculator where customers save and compare their quotes, or a budget tracker that replaces a personal spreadsheet.
